Requirements

• Located in the United States and willing to relocate to San Francisco after hire
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technology and crypto
• Experience leading and growing a community
• Experience scaling and operationalizing customer success systems
• Operational experience in a crypto startup/project
• Experience managing and growing a team
• Very active on social media with an existing following
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly and hosting live events
• Exceptional attention to detail in operational, project management, and organizational tasks
• A self-starter with a growth mindset
