About The Account Manager - X (Formerly Twitter)
MarketStar is seeking an Account Manager to represent X (Formerly Twitter) in Ogden, UT. This role involves leading customer outreach, building brand awareness, and managing client relationships.
What Will You Do?
- Lead a customer outreach process including calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships.
- Work with existing customers to increase brand awareness and advertising spend.
- Stay updated on product knowledge using client-provided and self-guided training resources.
- Manage, review, and report on pipeline with a weekly forecast and plan to achieve targets.
- Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM.
- Build and manage relationships with both internal MarketStar team and external clients.
- Prepare and run performance reviews with internal MarketStar peers and leadership.
- Analyze and interpret data to drive planning and success.
- Provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback and industry learnings.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- Strong time and project management organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals.
- Able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.
- Previous experience with account management or prior sales experience in technology is preferred.
