Responsibilities
- Take X-Rays and perform Medical Assisting duties
- Obtain vital signs, administer injections, and perform blood drawing
- Assist in minor surgeries and procedures
- Perform EKGs
- Handle ear wax removal
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones and greeting patients
- Support medical staff by escorting patients to exam rooms
- Work flexibly in both back and front office areas to facilitate smooth work and patient flow
- Prepare for patient visits by entering patient information into EMR/EHR
- Assist doctors with basic medical care and procedures
- Track lab results and handle basic medical office duties
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Limited X-Ray Technician and Medical Assistant
- Previous experience in healthcare, specifically taking X-Rays and Performing Medical Assisting duties
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to provide accurate and efficient service
