Responsibilities
The Gig Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating imaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring patient safety during imaging procedures
- Maintaining high-quality imaging standards
- Accurately documenting procedures and findings
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Submitting equipment and technology service requests
- Providing assistance with clinical rotations, as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- For MRI Technologist: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with completion of required clinical hours, or Bachelors Degree in Radiology (alternative for those without a program).
- For Radiologic Technologist: High school graduate or equivalent, graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
- For CT Technologist: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and completed required clinical hours.
Qualifications
Qualifications vary based on the specific position:
- MRI Technologist: 1 year of experience in MRI imaging is required. ARRT (MR) certification is preferred.
- Radiologic Technologist: 1+ years of relevant experience. ARRT-R certification is required.
- CT Technologist: 1 year of relevant experience. ARRT (CT) certification is required.

- MRI Technologist: $42.00/Hr
- Radiologic Technologist: $35.00/Hr
- CT Technologist: $40.00/Hr
