Responsibilities

The Gig Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring patient safety during procedures
• Maintaining high-quality imaging standards
• Accurately documenting procedures and findings
• Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Submitting equipment and technology service requests
• Assisting with clinical rotations as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice
• ARRT (MR) certification (magnetic resonance imaging) or ARMMIT certification (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists)
• BLS certification

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours

Pay

• MRI Technologist: $42.00/Hr
• Radiologic Technologist: $35.00/Hr
• CT Technologist: $40.00/Hr

Schedule

Positions are available on a per diem or PRN basis, allowing flexibility in scheduling.
