X-Ray Assistant

Join our dynamic team at Missoula Bone & Joint LLC as a Part-Time X-Ray Assistant! This exciting position allows you to be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team in office. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and ensuring smooth operations within our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming X-ray orders
• Prepare and transport patients for radiologic procedures
• Cook up and coordinate imaging requests by phone, including sending, mailing, importing, and transferring images as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Red Flag Rules
• Participate in continuing education and share knowledge with staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor

Requirements

• Attention to detail is essential, as you will be tracking patient information and ensuring compliance with safety and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts, contributing to an overall positive patient experience

Schedule

This position is 15.5 hours/week with a working schedule of Monday's 8:30am - 5:00pm and Wednesday's 8:30am - 4:30pm, providing consistent support to both patients and staff.
