X-Ray Technical Assistant

About the role

The Radiology Technical Assistant role assists Technologists in performing technical duties. This includes assisting with delegated patient care activities and administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the performance of technical duties under the supervision of Technologists.
• Performs delegated patient care activities as directed.
• Assists with administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Completion of a CNA training course preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
