X-Ray and CT Technologist

About the Role

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures across X-ray and CT modalities in a state-of-the-art emergency care setting, ensuring high-quality exams and compassionate patient care. They collaborate with medical staff to deliver accurate results and a positive patient experience, explaining procedures effectively and producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures with attention to safety and quality standards.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and understanding.
• Produce clear, high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with imaging standards and age-specific criteria.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in diagnostic imaging and CT, with preferred experience in emergency, pediatric, and orthopedic exams.
• Registered with ARRT in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (C) and certified by SCRQSA.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, team-focused, and committed to professional growth.
