Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Guest Service Superstar: Bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Handle both quick questions and big requests with ease.
- Communication Champ: Clearly, confidently, and with a smile, communicate with guests and coordinate with the team to keep things flowing smoothly.

- Multitasking Marvel: Juggle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with ease, keeping everything organized and running like clockwork.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
