About the Role

Lead the Bell Attendant squad with confidence! Assist guests by sharing local tips for foodie spots and must-see attractions, help with luggage, keep our ride sparkling, and pitch in at the front desk. Make every guest’s stay unforgettable with attentive, friendly, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Approach every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-driven attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain consistent attendance in line with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, adapting to the hotel’s flexible schedule.
• Present a polished appearance with a crisp uniform and name tag to uphold the hotel’s brand standards.
• Handle luggage with care—loading and unloading carts, escorting guests to rooms, and delivering messages, flowers, and packages.
• Open doors, check and store bags, complete room changes, and showcase suites and amenities with enthusiasm.
• Serve as a local expert by staying informed about area attractions, transportation, and special events to provide guests with maps, directions, and recommendations.
• Assist housekeeping, update the lobby information board, handle phone calls, conduct house counts, and support other hotel operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred.
• 2-3 years in a bellhop or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle basic guest issues independently.
• Work well under pressure while maintaining composure and sound judgment.

Note: There is no driving experience or driver’s license required for this role.
