WWPS Healthcare Bus Ops Lead, AWS WWPS HCLS
About the role
AWS is growing rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform. We are looking for a Public Sector Healthcare and Lifescience Operations Leader to serve as a strategic partner to the Sales Leaders, providing analytical leadership and operational excellence across the centralized support functions that enable WWPS sales teams.
Responsibilities
Partner with HCLS Sales to develop long-term operational strategies that align with WWPS business objectives
Work as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, resource allocation, and capability development
Lead the annual Goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models, metrics, dashboards, and analytic reports to drive business decisions across the Public Sector Business
Lead routine and ad-hoc reporting to AWS senior management on Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, and goal attainment, ensuring reports deliver actionable insights while minimizing report burden
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Data/BI, Finance, HR, and other corporate teams to influence enterprise-wide systems and processes
Requirements
4+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in people management
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing business processes
Experience in multiple organizational functions such as compensation, forecasting or organizational development
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Master's degree or equivalent
