About the role

AWS is growing rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform. We are looking for a Public Sector Healthcare and Lifescience Operations Leader to serve as a strategic partner to the Sales Leaders, providing analytical leadership and operational excellence across the centralized support functions that enable WWPS sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HCLS Sales to develop long-term operational strategies that align with WWPS business objectives

  • Work as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, resource allocation, and capability development

  • Lead the annual Goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes

  • Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models, metrics, dashboards, and analytic reports to drive business decisions across the Public Sector Business

  • Lead routine and ad-hoc reporting to AWS senior management on Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, and goal attainment, ensuring reports deliver actionable insights while minimizing report burden

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Data/BI, Finance, HR, and other corporate teams to influence enterprise-wide systems and processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of people management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience in people management

  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing business processes

  • Experience in multiple organizational functions such as compensation, forecasting or organizational development

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

  • Master's degree or equivalent
