Responsibilities
Partner with HCLS Sales to develop long-term operational strategies that align with WWPS business objectives.
Serve as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, resource allocation, and capability development.
Lead the annual Goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models, metrics, dashboards, and analytic reports to drive business decisions across the Public Sector Business.
Lead routine and ad-hoc reporting to AWS senior management on Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, and goal attainment, ensuring reports deliver actionable insights while minimizing report burden.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Data/BI, Finance, HR, and other corporate teams to influence enterprise-wide systems and processes.
Requirements
4+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in people management
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
Qualifications
Experience in multiple organizational functions such as compensation, forecasting or organizational development
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Master's degree or equivalent

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
USA, VA, Arlington - 147,300.00 - 199,300.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle - 147,300.00 - 199,300.00 USD annually
