WWLD Utility Operator - 1st shift

About the role

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a WWLD Utility Operator on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday). Overtime is available as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.
• Fill in at several operations as needed due to dictating workload, vacations, or sick leave.
• These operations include but are not limited to printing, coating, and tinning.
• Receive order from material handler.
• Assure that print stamp is correct and prints parts per appropriate specification.
• Coat order on appropriate coater as directed by the appropriate specification.
• Tin and wash parts per appropriate specifications.
• Complete and sign necessary paperwork.
• Clean machines and work area as necessary.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three months to one year of experience operating machinery and equipment.
• Ability to accurately interpret specifications.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to handle and lift up to 20 pounds.
