Utility Operator (1st Shift)

About the role

Ardent Mills is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate (Utility Operator) to join our team. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success and contribute to the production of nutritious products that are distributed across North America.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning and food safety compliance
• Support the overall operations of our plants

Requirements

• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, climb ladders, step and extend
• Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
• Frequent standing, walking, rotating, bending/stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, reaching at shoulder level and below shoulder level
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Pay

The starting range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts outside of standard business hours may be offered with a shift differential.
