Your Role In Our Team
As a WITRON Maintenance Manager in an automated distribution center, the role leads maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, efficient repairs, and minimal downtime. Reporting to the Site Manager, it manages a team of technicians and collaborates with departments such as Operations, Technical Support, Spare Parts, and CMMS Administration to implement proactive strategies, uphold compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

- Strategic and hands-on maintenance leader with a strong background in managing automated distribution centers.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and is committed to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and implement effective systems.
- Strategic, hands-on leader with manufacturing startup experience (an asset).
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Committed to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Collaborative mindset focused on standardization and operational excellence.
- Willingness to travel to different sites during the training period.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in mechanical/electrical or related fields, preferably with an engineering degree.
- 3–5 years in a leadership role within maintenance or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in core maintenance principles and experienced in applying 5S methodologies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and implement effective systems.
