Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained in optimal condition to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service contracts.
• Perform regular inspections and report findings to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

$Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
