Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of unique, high-priority, or technically complex maintenance projects (e.g., major equipment overhauls, facility upgrades, emergency response).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Communicate plans and objectives for special maintenance projects to the team.
- Align project execution with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and coordinate a team of regional technicians.
- Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, regional teams, and onsite leadership teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop best practices for handling special assignments.
- Provide operational support to onsite teams as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance strategies, and asset management.
- Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and escalation management skills.
- Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and PLC logic (preferred).
- Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and general PC applications.
Qualifications
- Trade qualification as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician, obtained through a recognized apprenticeship, certification, or state licensing program.
Skills/Experience Required
- Experienced in leading and coordinating maintenance teams across multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance strategies, and asset management.
- Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
