WRAP Parent Partner
Your Role
Provide direct support to families and children in the Wraparound program.
Use your lived experience to help families navigate systems like Child Welfare, Probation, and Mental Health.
Ensure parent voices, culture, and choices are heard and respected in Child and Family Team meetings.
Model advocacy, communication, and resilience for families.
Teach parenting, communication, and advocacy skills to caregivers.
Link families to community resources and provide crisis support when needed.
Build trust and foster engagement through home and community visits.
Pay
$19.24/hour
Bilingual Spanish Stipend
$5,000
Your Toolkit
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Understanding of community resources and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong communication skills and proactive, team-oriented mindset
