WPM- C4 Production Line Coordinator Technician Contract (Dayshift)

About the role

The Production team drives manufacturing execution 24x7 within our wafer fabs. The Production Line Coordinator (LineCo) owns identifying and eliminating barriers to tactical execution within the wafer fab.

Responsibilities

  • Line limiters identification and tracking
  • Drumbeat adjustments and monitoring
  • Queue time loop management
  • Critical Queue Time (CQT): Understand and manage CQT loops to ensure quality expectations are met
  • Determine lot properties and attributes to facilitate addressing issues
  • Hot Boxes and Velocity: Support operations to achieve effective Hot Box lot movement

Requirements

  • Understanding of production systems and queue management
  • Ability to analyze lot flow and tool performance data to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using factory tools such as FSUI, Redwing, and COS dashboards
  • Clear communication and cross-functional area collaboration
  • Written and verbal communication skills for effective passdown and coordination
  • Interpersonal skills to engage with module teams and shift counterparts
  • Ability to maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • At least one of the following: HS/GED and 5+ years related operations experience.
  • Associate of Arts or Science degree with 3+ years of operations experience.
  • 3+ years of military experience.
  • 2+ years' experience with wafer fabrication production systems.
