Responsibilities
- Perform expert wound assessment, treatment, and patient education for underserved populations.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with primary care and interdisciplinary teams.
- Promote infection prevention and support optimal wound healing.
- Document patient care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support whole-person wellbeing through patient teaching and compassionate care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed RN with expertise in wound care.
- Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
