Wound Care RN

Responsibilities

• Perform expert wound assessment, treatment, and patient education for underserved populations.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with primary care and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote infection prevention and support optimal wound healing.
• Document patient care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support whole-person wellbeing through patient teaching and compassionate care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN with expertise in wound care.
• Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
