Responsibilities
- Provide expert, evidence-based treatment for acute and chronic wounds
- Perform detailed wound assessments and implement advanced therapies
- Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on wound prevention and home care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
- Support pressure injury prevention initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience in wound care or related specialty preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of advanced wound therapies and protocols
