Wound Care RN

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive wound assessments
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
• Delivering skilled interventions such as debridement, dressing changes, and infection prevention
• Educating patients and families on wound management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse license
• Specialized wound care knowledge and experience
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
