Wound Care Nurse / Full Time

About the role

The qualified nurse for this position will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries. This nurse will ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures. The wound care nurse will provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections. Coordinating care with other health professionals is another important aspect of this position and does have some on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Occasional on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Kentucky LPN or RN License
