Wound Care Nurse

Role: Wound Care Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess and manage complex acute and chronic wounds, developing personalized treatment plans.Perform advanced wound dressings and debridement within scope of practice.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote healing and prevent complications.Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care standards.Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure accurate documentation.Model a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with relevant wound, ostomy, and continence care experience.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within diverse healthcare teams.Commitment to patient education and quality improvement.
