Summary High-Acuity Wound Care Nurse (RN) – Full Time Central Indiana Muncie – AMG Specialty Hospital Location: Muncie, IN (Located inside IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital) Compensation: Competitive Market Pay Ownership: 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company, our nurses have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced wound care.Assess, plan, and evaluate patient’s wounds and monitors and treats wounds per treatment plans.Collaborate closely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes. Apply Now Job Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Preferred Certification: Wound Care Certification (WCC)Experience: Prior wound care nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about wounds and critical care.Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
