Wound Care Nurse

Role: Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide expert, evidence-based wound management for both acute and chronic conditions.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care strategies.Perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families on wound prevention and home care practices.Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.Adhere to infection control and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Experience or specialized training in wound care preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.Excellent communication and patient education abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
