Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current Wound Care certification and CDC Infection Prevention certification required or must be willing to obtain post-hire as a condition of employment.
