About the role
Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, and other skin-related conditions. Perform wound care procedures, help ensure high-quality patient care, provide education to prevent pressure injuries and infections, and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Current Tennessee LPN or RN license
- Wound care certification
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Must be dependable and work well as part of a team
- A genuine desire to care for geriatric patients
Pay
- Competitive pay based on license level, qualifications, and experience
- Sign-on bonus: $5000
