The Opportunity We are looking for a Worship Ministry Director who loves Jesus more than music and senses a clear call to lead and shepherd people in worship. We desire worship that is: Biblically faithfulChrist-centeredCongregationalSpirit-ledSincere and expressiveOrderly and grounded in Scripture What One Will Lead Lead worship regularly on SundaysPlan services alongside our pastoral teamSelect biblically faithful, congregational songsRecruit, train, schedule, and shepherd musicians and vocalistsDevelop new worship leadersLead weekly rehearsalsSupervise our AVL CoordinatorOversee sound, lighting, livestream, ProPresenter, and production volunteersSteward the worship and production budget Will also help prepare our worship and production ministries for our new building opening in 2027, including audio, video, stage design, workflow, volunteer recruitment, and launch preparation. What We Are Looking For Candidates Should Have 3+ years of local church worship leadership experienceStrong vocal abilityProficiency on guitar or keysExperience recruiting and developing teamsWorking knowledge of ProPresenter, click/tracks, live sound, livestream, and scheduling softwareStrong organizational and leadership skills Theological training is preferred.
