Worship Director/Pastor

Help us lead a growing church into its next season. Something is happening at Nags Head Church—we are growing and have the possibility of launching a third service. God is sending us new people every week.

About the role

You wouldn’t be starting from scratch. We have a worship team of roughly 12 musicians and vocalists already serving—some with us for more than 20 years, most for 5+, and a few newer to the team. They rotate weeks on and off, and the skill range runs from highly accomplished to solidly capable. They know how to serve and are ready for someone to lead them into what’s next.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a rotating team of 12 musicians and vocalists with varying skill levels
• Prepare for and oversee weekly worship services, including potential expansion to a third service
• Guide the worship team into the church’s next season of growth
