Southwest Church is seeking a dedicated leader to direct our worship operations and cultivate healthy, growing ministry teams through intentional discipleship, musical excellence, and collaborative leadership.

• Provide comprehensive worship leadership for the church
• Direct worship operations and ministry teams
• Foster intentional discipleship within the worship ministry
• Uphold musical excellence in all worship services
