About the role

Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic mixology and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer skills for managing bar inventory
Qualifications
