Workstation Specialist

Location: Bridgeville, PA
Duration: 09/28/2026 – 06/30/2027
This position is 80% onsite and 20% remote. Equipment pickup and badging will occur in Bridgeville, PA.

About the Role

Candidate will be a member of the District 11 IT Support Team, responsible for supporting workstations, laptops, Macs, and all device peripherals (print issues, docking issues, scanning, etc.). The Specialist will maintain device compliance and health, including tracking down PCs with broken SCCM clients, non-compliant updates, or application/operating system issues. The role provides Tier 2 support for hardware and software installation and troubleshooting across District 11.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues for issues and take ownership to assist customers as required.
• Keep all support tickets up to date and well documented.
• Provide documentation on issue resolution for other teams.
• Monitor and report on PC issues, escalate as needed, and collaborate with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk teams.
• Install and configure PC hardware, peripherals, and software in network (primarily) and stand-alone environments.
• Use diagnostic software and follow technical manuals, schematics, and documented processes.
• Assemble and support microcomputer systems and multifunction printers.
• Document and follow technical processes.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware/software in an enterprise LAN/WAN environment.
• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting laptops/docking stations.
• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting multifunction print devices.
• 3+ years of experience with Remedy or a similar ticketing system.
• Specific knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Remedy, MS Windows, RDP, InTune, and SCCM.
