Job Description

Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager responsible for supporting innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out and facilities upgrade construction projects for a key technology client.

Job Description:

• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Financial management – Ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing Financial system in order to monitor a project’s financial status.
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• Supporting the change control process.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Preparing formal project budget progress and other reports.
• Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Working to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.
• Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Supporting and establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Stakeholder management of various end-user groups
• Management and coordination project phasing and sequencing in an occupied environment

Qualifications

• Ability to work full time (M-F) onsite in our client’s Boulder office.
• Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
• Great time management skills.
• Ensure that project is managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently and on time.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Experienced working as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commission.

Additional Information

• The salary range for this full-time role is $135K-$150K per year.
• Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
• This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
• Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
