Responsibilities

  • Accountable to the Director of Facilities Management for all project related activities.
  • Plans, guides, and oversees the day-to-day internal activities that support Facilities Management projects.
  • Aids in the development of the master project schedule and all other project work plans.
  • Develops, maintains, and supports methodologies such as processes, procedures, standards, and templates.
  • Communicates risks and issues to project leadership teams, other stakeholders, and to the Senior Director and Director of Facilities Management.
  • Manages medium to large projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in project-related work.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI within one year.
