Responsibilities
- Accountable to the Director of Facilities Management for all project related activities.
- Plans, guides, and oversees the day-to-day internal activities that support Facilities Management projects.
- Aids in the development of the master project schedule and all other project work plans.
- Develops, maintains, and supports methodologies such as processes, procedures, standards, and templates.
- Communicates risks and issues to project leadership teams, other stakeholders, and to the Senior Director and Director of Facilities Management.
- Manages medium to large projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in project-related work.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI within one year.
