Workplace Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team delivering technology, AI solutions, and data analysis
• Direct production and maintenance of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards
• Drive development of AI tools to enhance service effectiveness and integrate new technologies
• Supervise design and maintenance of low-code business applications
• Balance team capacity and assignments to meet competing customer needs
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the program
• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of all implemented technology solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions like Google AppSheet and Microsoft PowerApps
• Experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Innovative mindset with ability to solve complex business problems
• Proven operational skills in financial forecasting and resource allocation
• Expert organizational skills and persuasive communication with stakeholders

Pay

$145,000 – $165,000 annually
