Workplace Operations Manager

Job Overview

As Workplace Operations Manager for Heron Power, you will own the full employee and visitor experience across our three Scotts Valley campuses. This role is both operational and relational, and you will contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of office management, workplace operations, or multi-site facilities coordination experience
• Proven vendor management experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through

• Comfortable owning a wide and varied scope
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-driven company

• Experience managing a workplace or facilities budget and driving vendor cost efficiency

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting a manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-driven company
• Familiarity with lab or production environment needs
• Background in event planning, hospitality, or executive support
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with badge and access control systems
• Familiarity with California facility compliance requirements
• Experience managing a workplace or facilities budget and driving vendor cost efficiency

Benefits

Heron Power provides competitive compensation (salary and equity) and benefits. The salary for this role ranges from $88,000 to $100,000 per year.
