Job Overview
As Workplace Operations Manager for Heron Power, you will own the full employee and visitor experience across our three Scotts Valley campuses. This role is both operational and relational, and you will contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of office management, workplace operations, or multi-site facilities coordination experience
- Proven vendor management experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-driven company
- Familiarity with lab or production environment needs
- Background in event planning, hospitality, or executive support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with badge and access control systems
