About the role

We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented Workplace Hospitality Coordinator to help create welcoming, well-maintained, and engaging workplace environments across six New Hampshire locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of cafeterias to ensure they are clean and stocked for self-service;
  • Coordination of catering and support services for company meetings;
  • Maintenance of customer-ready spaces according to set standards;
  • Troubleshooting and reporting issues with cafeteria appliances;
  • Catering coordination as assigned;
  • Planning and arranging company events;
  • Quarterly company meetings require third shift presence once per quarter;
  • Coordination of morale events;
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with caterers;
  • Purchase and preparation of baby/wedding gifts;
  • Annual Christmas candy project and cafeteria/lobby décor;
  • Monitoring and reporting on catering, events, and cafeteria spend budget.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Hospitality, customer service, office services, catering, workplace experience, or event support experience preferred;
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management, event coordination, or a related field is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light physical activity.
