Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training and contribute to the development and deployment of impactful curriculum, shaping the employee learning experience.
- Serve as a visible ambassador of MidFirst Core Values, ensuring learning solutions are consistent, relevant, and effective across onboarding, professional skills, and manager-level development.
- Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of instructor-led training curriculum, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.
- Partner with Midland Training team members and key stakeholders to align content with business priorities, learning objectives, and MidFirst standards.
- Support successful deployment by ensuring materials are accurate, current, and ready for effective delivery.
- Provide feedback from facilitation experience to continuously improve courses and learner impact.
- Consistently exemplify MidFirst Core Values through professionalism, integrity, respect, and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a learner-first mindset and a strong commitment to excellence in facilitation, curriculum development, and daily interactions.
- Serve as a role model for engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience facilitating training classes (e.g., new hire, on-the-job, interpersonal skills).
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education or related field is preferred; equivalent combination of industry certifications and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
