TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to clients worldwide. This is a 6-month temporary onsite assignment located in Seattle, WA 98101.

About the role

Manage the Office Operations, Guest Services, and Event functions of the Seattle office. Collaborate with senior leadership to align workplace initiatives with company objectives and provide project management support for capital projects, office moves, and workplace programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and greet visitors as the first point of contact.
  • Work with the Sr. Workplace Manager to execute Facility and Asset Maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Workplace Manager to create Workplace Experience (WE) team OKRs and KPIs in line with company OKRs.
  • Provide project management support for capital and construction projects, as well as office moves.
  • Assist in program management and execution of Workplace programs, including:
    • Food and Beverage offerings
    • Guest and Visitor Services
    • Health and Safety
    • Sustainability
    • Employee Wellness
    • Events & Engagement
  • Foster positive vendor relationships, enforce service quality and cost efficiency, and manage contracts and payments.
  • Commit to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) goals and support related events and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan, strategize, and execute in-office or virtual events for the Seattle office, including marquee events such as the Holiday Party, Board Meetings, and Summer Party.
  • Assist other offices with event planning as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including C-Suite, Business Technology, Security, Finance, and other senior leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all work areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of comparable experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Experience/Operations.
  • Experience in Office Construction Management.
  • Exceptional skills in Project Management and Change Management.
  • Comfortability using Project Management and Collaboration Software.
  • Hospitality-minded with solid knowledge of the Seattle metro area.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong project and task follow-through skills.
  • Extraordinary People Management skills and an inclination toward people empowerment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal, with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Commitment to the values and goals related to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
  • Experience managing agile work environments.
