About the role
The Workplace Experience Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the employee experience. This position requires a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate multiple projects, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and committed to maintaining high standards across all facets of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise event planning initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal teams
- Handle human resources functions such as team management, training & development, and performance evaluations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients and company operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets for reporting, data analysis, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all activities
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, technical proficiency, and office procedures
- Serve as a liaison between our insurance broker and employees
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for employees, delivering on-the-spot answers with a sense of urgency
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, office management, or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in a Benefits Administrator role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spreadsheets
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Demonstrated leadership in team management with a focus on training & development
- Strong customer service orientation with effective client communication skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring processes and employee relations
- Experience in medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required
