About the role

Our office is more than just a workplace—it's where our team collaborates, celebrates wins, hosts clients, and builds the culture that makes Open Influence special. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating exceptional experiences for others. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our Los Angeles office while helping shape the moments that bring our team together. Whether you're coordinating an office celebration, welcoming a new employee on their first day, planning events, solving an unexpected facilities issue, or making sure our kitchen is stocked with everyone's favorite snacks, you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and naturally thoughtful, noticing what needs attention before anyone asks.
