Workplace Experience Manager
About the role
As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will help make that happen. This is a highly varied role working across every part of the business. You will support the founders, help run the company's day-to-day operations, coordinate projects and events, manage office activities, and solve the countless challenges that arise in a fast-growing startup. No two days will look the same. One day you may be coordinating an important customer visit, the next organizing a team offsite, helping onboard a new employee, managing suppliers, or supporting the founders with a critical business priority. This role is ideal for a bright, ambitious, and highly organized individual who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants exposure to every aspect of building a company.
Responsibilities
Founder Support
- Support the founders with scheduling, travel, logistics, and day-to-day coordination
- Help prepare meetings, presentations, events, and customer engagements
- Coordinate follow-up actions and help ensure important priorities move forward
- Support a wide range of ad-hoc projects across the business
Business Operations
- Help keep the office, laboratory, and shared spaces organized and running smoothly
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate deliveries, maintenance activities, and operational logistics
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Administration & Coordination
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and new-starter logistics
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and company activities
- Organize documentation, records, and administrative processes
- Support reporting, purchasing, and general business administration
Culture & Team Support
- Help create a positive and organized working environment
- Organize team celebrations, socials, and offsites
- Act as a go-to person for operational and logistical support
- Help new team members settle in and succeed
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve how the business operates
- Build simple tools, processes, and systems that help the company scale
- Take ownership of problems and help drive solutions
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change quickly
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Previous startup, operations, or administrative experience
- Experience coordinating events or projects
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, or Linear
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Compensation Range: $90K - $130K
