About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function.

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility.
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
  • Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Cook up workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers.
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events.
  • This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures.
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Cook up coordination with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team.
  • Follow specific directions as given by the manager.

What You’ll Need

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • An HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
  • An open and flexible work schedule.
  • The ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • A desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • A comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help.
  • A high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.
  • The ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility.
  • A working knowledge of Google Docs and Slack.
  • Some experience with Jira would be useful but not required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $68,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
