The Workplace Assistant position at Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a full-time role requiring a presence in the San Francisco office 5 days a week. This role is part of the Workplace team and involves being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting employees, visitors, customers, and vendors, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  2. Managing the intercom system and visitor registration system.
  3. Aiding in workplace safety, security, and office access.
  4. Supporting employees and acting as the primary point of contact for the office.
  5. Maintaining and managing conference rooms, phone rooms, kitchen, and copy areas.
  6. Restocking and tracking office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
  7. Processing and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  8. Assisting with answering workplace tickets in a kind and timely manner.
  9. Working with IT on equipment requests.
  10. Working with property management for visitor access and building maintenance requests.
  11. Managing onsite vendors.
  12. Creating a positive workplace experience and environment for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors.
  13. Partnering with the Workplace team to produce thoughtful and inclusive office experiences and events.
  14. Assisting with ad-hoc projects when time allows.

While not required, experience in facilities, workplace operations, office administration, or hospitality, along with proficiency in G-Suite products, is a plus.
