The Workplace Assistant position at Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a full-time role requiring a presence in the San Francisco office 5 days a week. This role is part of the Workplace team and involves being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting employees, visitors, customers, and vendors, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Managing the intercom system and visitor registration system.
- Aiding in workplace safety, security, and office access.
- Supporting employees and acting as the primary point of contact for the office.
- Maintaining and managing conference rooms, phone rooms, kitchen, and copy areas.
- Restocking and tracking office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
- Processing and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Assisting with answering workplace tickets in a kind and timely manner.
- Working with IT on equipment requests.
- Working with property management for visitor access and building maintenance requests.
- Managing onsite vendors.
- Creating a positive workplace experience and environment for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Partnering with the Workplace team to produce thoughtful and inclusive office experiences and events.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects when time allows.
