Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions in enterprise production environments.
- Build and extend Copilot (custom topics, actions, plugins, agents, workflows).
- Own and manage M365 ecosystem components: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploy and manage Azure-based cloud solutions; implement automation using Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Ensure enterprise security, identity, DLP, governance, and compliance for M365 solutions.
- Design intelligent, well-governed workflows at enterprise scale.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered workplace technology across the organization by influencing stakeholders and owning solutions end-to-end.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with security, infrastructure, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience with Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven deployment and administration experience with M365 Copilot at enterprise scale.
- Deep technical ownership across M365 services and Azure cloud.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, CI/CD, and DevOps in M365 environments.
- Strong solution ownership and ability to influence adoption (not just task execution).
- Experience in enterprise and/or regulated industry environments is preferred.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to commute to the Greater Philadelphia office three days per week.
- Must pass all background and drug screening requirements before starting.
- Available for a 1-round technical video interview.
