About the role
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Manage customer issues and escalations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices in customer success
