WORKLEADER - MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and general maintenance on electronic devices, production equipment, and facilities equipment. Writes preventative maintenance work orders.
• Responds to trouble calls on production/process equipment, utility breakdowns, and work orders
• Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve problems, ability to diagnose mechanical problems and resolve minor mechanical and processing problems
• Demonstrated ability to perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on all production equipment
• Works with outside contractors to perform miscellaneous installations, and interacts with outside technical support
• Knowledge of CMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool
• Able to read drawings, manuals, and schematics to properly troubleshoot equipment
• Recommends equipment and control modifications and other changes to improve productivity. Updates drawings and schematics to reflect "as-built" conditions

Requirements

Knowledge of CMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool

Able to read drawings, manuals, and schematics to properly troubleshoot equipment

Recommends equipment and control modifications and other changes to improve productivity. Updates drawings and schematics to reflect "as-built" conditions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with CMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool

Experience with reading and understanding drawings, manuals, and schematics

Experience with troubleshooting equipment and making recommendations for improvements
