Team Lead - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain machine maintenance processes including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics and process control diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.
• Work with electronic controls and circuits, hard-wire relay logic systems, and process instrumentation.
• Read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth operation and project implementation.
• Delegate tasks and lead team members in day-to-day duties.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
• Experience with electrical.
• Associates Degree preferred or Trade School Certificate.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Dependable and punctual work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Outlook email/calendar capabilities.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and confident professional with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands
