Responsibilities
- Maintain machine maintenance processes including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery.
- Read and interpret schematics and process control diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.
- Work with electronic controls and circuits, hard-wire relay logic systems, and process instrumentation.
- Read blueprints and equipment manuals.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth operation and project implementation.
- Delegate tasks and lead team members in day-to-day duties.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
- Experience with electrical.
- Associates Degree preferred or Trade School Certificate.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Dependable and punctual work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Outlook email/calendar capabilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and confident professional with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands
