Responsibilities

• Audience engagement and support
• AUMTeach event/program management
• Social media management and planning
• Attendance at university-wide programs and events
• Printing, copying, and distributing promotional materials
• Inventory management of kits
• Recruitment initiatives, including off-campus events
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to positively represent AUM and AUMTeach
• Knowledge of AUM programs and services to students
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills, in both one-on-one and group settings
• Ability to work within diverse groups
• Time management and quick reaction to multiple demands
• Dependable and hard-working, with attention to detail
